This package offers a Royal Enclosure guest badge, a reserved private table and viewing deck adjacent to the track, Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne on arrival, a three course signature menu and/or chef stations serving appetisers, deserts, and cheeses, as well as a selection of fine wines and liqueurs, a complimentary bar throughout the day, a full afternoon tea, one car parking label per two guests, a racecard, and finally some racing papers.
Please note that the complimentary bar includes Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne and a selection of cocktails. At the same time, the full afternoon tea’s inclusions see it accompanied by some Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial Champagne.

The cost of our premium VIP Sandringham Restaurant VIP Hospitality Package starts at £975 per person plus VAT, which is for the fifth and final day of Royal Ascot in 2026 at the legendary Ascot Racecourse on Saturday 20th June 2026. Below is a breakdown of the costs for each day. Please note that all prices are per person, plus VAT.
Tuesday 16th June 2026: £1,325pp plus VAT.
Wednesday 17th June 2026: £1,325pp plus VAT.
Thursday 18th June 2026: £1,600pp plus VAT.
Friday 19th June 2026: £1,450pp plus VAT.
Saturday 20th June 2026: £975pp plus VAT.
What is the dress code for male guests in the VIP Sandringham Restaurant at Royal Ascot?
The dress code for the Royal Enclosure is strict. For Gentlemen, they can wear a morning dress of either black, grey, or navy material, a waistcoat and necktie, a black or grey top hat, and also black dress shoes worn with socks covering the ankle.
Please note that for waistcoats and neckties, patterns of a patriotic nature (inc. a national flag) are accepted. Additionally, you may remove your top hat, but only in a restaurant, private box, or within an external seating area, terrace, balcony, or garden.
What is the dress code for female guests in the VIP Sandringham Restaurant at Royal Ascot?
As previously mentioned, the dress code for our VIP Sandringham Restaurant in the Royal Enclosure is strict.
Ladies can wear a dress or a top with shirt that falls just above the knee or longer (lace and chiffon fabrics are permitted), a jacket or pashmina (tops and dresses underneath must comply with the dress code), trouser suits are to be of a matching material and colour, whilst a jumpsuit should fall below the knee and comply with shoulder strap requirements. Hats must also be worn; however, a headpiece or a hatinator must have a minimum base diameter of 4 inches/ 10cm.
Please note that the dress code requires shoulder straps to be a minimum of 1 inch (2.5cm) in width.
What is included in the itinerary for the Sandringham Restaurant?
Our itinerary gives you and your guests/clients a clear and concise guide to what is taking place throughout the day.
Gates open at 10:30 a.m., and lunch is served at 12:00 p.m. The opening race of the seven taking place throughout the afternoon will begin at 14:30, whilst the seventh race will then start at 6:10 p.m. There will then be a sing-along to selections of classics that the Band of the Grenadier Guards chose.
What is included in the menu for the Sandringham Restaurant?
Below is a sample menu for the Sandringham Restaurant.
Starter: Hand-dived Orkney scallop, peanut satay, coriander, pickled radish OR Chilled English tomato gazpacho burrata, peach, basil, extra virgin olive oil, as well as charred cauliflower heart with cauliflower puree, floret crisps, a pine nut brittle, and some burnt chive oil.
Main Courses: Roasted Packington Pork Belly, with caramelised apple, pak choi, pea and broad bean fricassee, and pork and cider sauce OR a Poached Cornish Cod with English asparagus, Jersey Royals cooked in seaweed, bay shrimps, beurre noisette hollandaise OR a Teriyaki glazed chargrilled courgette with tenderstem broccoli dressed in sesame, roasted Jersey Royals tahini, and some lime dressing.
Dessert: Chilled vanilla and coconut rice pudding with Alphonso mango, and a sweet Thai foam.
Afternoon Tea: Coronation Chicken, Smoked salmon and lemon, Egg mayonnaise and cress, Ham and Dijon Mustard, Buttermilk Scones, Highgrove preserve and Cornish clotted cream, Carrot and walnut cake, Vanilla cream cheese, Sated caramel éclair, toasted pecans, Cherry and almond Bakewell tart, Raspberry tart, and clotted cream.
