Hospitality guests are not permitted to wear ripped denim or tracksuits. Please be aware that if you are arriving at The Beautiful Game, there is a smart casual dress code, and trainers, football shirts, and tracksuits are not permitted.

Two of the favourites to win the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League are set to go head-to-head during the league phase of this season’s competition when Arne Slot’s Liverpool and Xabi Alonso’s Real Madrid meet at Anfield in the heart of Merseyside. This game promises to be enthralling and highly competitive, with the Reds looking to seal what would be a historic victory.

The Reds, as one of the favourites to lift the trophy this season, will be looking to get all the way to the highly prestigious Champions League Final, where they will be looking to triumph to become the Champions of Europe for what would be an incredible 7th time. Liverpool, as the reigning Champions of English Football, were of course able to qualify for the Champions League once again ahead of the 2025/26 season. Moving on to Real Madrid, they too have a powerful pedigree in Europe, with Los Blancos currently holding the record for the most titles of any club on the planet with 15. They will look to get their hands on yet another European crown this season, though the Reds are one of the clubs that will know that they have the chance to stop them from doing so.

The last time that Liverpool and Real Madrid met in the UEFA Champions League was back on Wednesday, 27th November 2024 at Anfield last season, and it was a statement 2 – 0 victory for the Reds against Los Blancos. Slot and his team were able to score their goals on that night thanks to the likes of Alexis Mac Allister (52’) and Cody Gakpo (77’) in the second half.
