Eventmasters are proud to offer the finest Royal Ascot hospitality packages from within a delightful Villiers Club from Tuesday 18th – Saturday 22nd June 2024. We are pleased to announce that in 2024 we will once again be providing official Royal Ascot corporate hospitality packages as an Official Hospitality Supplier (OHS) appointed directly by Ascot Racecourse.
Located at the very heart of the racecourse, the Villiers Club is Royal Ascot’s primary social setting. Set within the confines of a stylish and atmospheric club environment, the lavish facility is sure to give distinguished guests a delightful day to remember.
Royal Ascot Village Enclosure – Live Music After Racing
Another incredible part of his VIP Hospitality Package is the live music that is set to take place on the fantastic main stage in the Village Enclosure once the day’s racing is over. The Masters of the Scene – ABBA the Show, a performance inspired by the iconic Swedish band, is set to entertain you and your clients with some brilliant music that you and enjoy all the way until 9pm in the evening.
Enjoy the most iconic hits, from Voulez-Vous to the Dancing Queen, the performance takes place following the racing on Thursday 20th June , Friday 21st June and on Saturday 22nd June.
Dress Code
As you may expect, the dress code for the Village Enclosure at Royal Ascot is very formal. Let’s take a look at what men and women are to wear when enjoying hospitality and racing from this fantastic enclosure.
Starting with men, they should wear a suit jacket or blazer, a full-length trouser or chino, a collared shirt, a neck tie (bow ties and a cravat are acceptable too!), and socks, which need to be worn whilst covering the ankle.
Moving on to women, they should wear a dress or top and skirt (with shoulder or halter neck straps), trouser suits (matching material and colour), jumpsuits (they should fall below the knee and comply with strap requirements) and a hat, headpiece or fascinator.
The following is not allowed for men or women: Novelty patterns and fabrics, trainers, denim, leggings, shorts. Now we take a look at what women are not allowed to wear: dresses and tops that are strapless, one shoulder, off the shoulder, Bardot, sheer or with visible midriffs. Fancy dress is also banned for all.
The dress code for children (Aged 10 to 17) is the dress code above, but the hats, headpieces and fascinators are not compulsory.
If you are an overseas visitor, you are permitted to wear formal national dress of your country. However, you will need to wear a hat or a headpiece. If you are serving military personnel, you can wear your service dress or something that is equivalent to this.
