Royal Ascot Corporate Hospitality

Royal Ascot has long been one of the highlights of the British corporate hospitality calendar, combining world-class sport with premium dining and a social setting that creates valuable opportunities to entertain clients, colleagues and business partners.

Unlike events where hospitality is focused primarily around the sporting action itself, a day at Royal Ascot offers plenty of time for guests to socialise and build relationships. From arrival and Champagne receptions through to lunch, the Royal Procession, an afternoon of racing and traditional afternoon tea, the occasion provides a natural setting for entertaining throughout the day.

Our Royal Ascot corporate hospitality packages are suitable for a variety of business occasions, including:

  • Client Entertainment – Strengthen relationships while sharing one of the most prestigious sporting occasions of the British summer.
  • Employee Rewards – Recognise the contribution of colleagues and teams with an exceptional day at Ascot Racecourse.
  • Business Networking – Combine premium hospitality with a relaxed social environment away from the office.
  • Company Celebrations – Mark achievements, anniversaries and important milestones with colleagues and business partners.
  • VIP Guest Entertainment – Choose from some of Ascot’s most exclusive restaurants, Royal Enclosure facilities and private boxes when entertaining important guests.

With hospitality options suitable for both smaller groups and larger corporate parties, Eventmasters can help you compare the available facilities and choose a Royal Ascot package that suits the experience you want to create for your guests.

Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot

The Royal Enclosure is one of the most exclusive and historic facilities at Ascot Racecourse, which many racegoers have utilised over the years to enjoy world-class racing, most notably at Royal Ascot.

We look forward to welcoming you and your clients to the Royal Enclosure on the opening day of Royal Ascot 2027, Tuesday, 15th June. Royal Ascot is a major part of the social scene in the United Kingdom, with thousands attending each year.

Action gets underway with the Queen Anne Stakes, the annual traditional curtain raiser for Royal Ascot, memorable for Frankel’s incredible win in 2012. Other iconic races on the opening day include the King’s Stand Stakes and the St. James’s Palace Stakes.

Then, at precisely 2pm each day, His Majesty King Charles III, HRH the Prince and Princess of Wales and other members of the Royal Family will participate in a tremendous Royal Procession ahead of the afternoon’s races.

The Royal Enclosure is an exclusive facility at Ascot Racecourse with an incredible history that spans generations.

The story of the Royal Enclosure dates back to 1807, the beginning of the 19th Century. At first, it was reserved solely for use by the Royal Family, which at the time was the reigning British Monarch, King George III, together with His Majesty’s family, guests, and other members of the Royal household. His Majesty and his guests were witnesses to the first-ever Gold Cup at Ascot, which was won by Master Jockey, who was owned by Mr Durand.

The area used by racegoers who use the Royal Enclosure today was born from an idea conceived by King George VI in 1822, with the monarch deciding to approve a design that would see the facility feature a two-story stand with a surrounding lawn that was, at the time, exclusive for the Royal Family and their guests for privacy and security reasons.

Years later, the Emperor of Russia, Nicolas I, attended Ascot as a guest of Queen Victoria and her husband, Prince Albert, in the Royal Enclosure.

After concerns were raised about the Tsar and the King of Saxony (Prince Albert) impromptu examination of the winner of the Queen’s Vase, this then led to the enclosure of the area in front of the Royal Stand in 1845, which has remained the case in the years that have followed.

This has since become a very exclusive area of the racecourse, and the Royal Family are, of course, very much present each day at Royal Ascot today, with some views from the Royal Enclosure facing the Royal Box.

There have been several memorable Royal moments at Royal Ascot in recent years. In 2013, Ryan Moore rode Estimate to victory to make Queen Elizabeth II the first reigning British Monarch to win the Ascot Gold Cup.

King Charles then enjoyed success in the King George V Stakes back in 2023, with his horse, Desert Hero, taking home the victory. What made this moment particularly special was the fact that the late Queen had bred Desert Hero.

Regarding exclusivity, you can only gain access to the Royal Enclosure if you fulfil specific requirements of Ascot Racecourse itself. Any new applicants must be sponsored by two eligible members, who must reside in different addresses. Any prospective new member must also be aged 18 or over on the day of the event.

Membership in the Royal Enclosure is certainly far from guaranteed, and members must also reapply annually.

If you have children aged between 10 and 17, you can attend racing at Ascot in the Royal Enclosure for the last three days of Royal Ascot each year, but you must have booked your badges in advance of your attendance at this event. You also need to note that children aged 10 or younger will not be allowed access to this exclusive VIP facility.

At Eventmasters Corporate Hospitality, we offer 8 packages for the Royal Enclosure, and they are as follows: The Wyndham Club, The Veranda, The Sandringham Restaurant, The Vista, The Trackside Restaurant, The Panoramic Restaurant, The Parade Ring, and finally The Windsor Forest.
