In 2026, it will be no different as Royal Ascot, the world’s most Michelin-starred sporting event, makes a return with more Culinary excellence joining the already prestigious line up. With an accumulative accolade including 29 Michelin stars, 3 Green Michelin stars, and more than 30 AA Rosettes, Royal Ascot has established itself as an unmissable culinary event.

On 5 Restaurant with Angela Hartnett OBE

Making a return after 12 years, Angela Hartnett will be spearheading culinary excellence in the Queen Anne Enclosure’s Premier Restaurant, the On 5 Restaurant.

Boasting a private balcony, roof terrace and spectacular views of the racecourse, it is rest assured that clients will continue to enjoy an exquisite fine dining experience.

Angela Hartnett OBE is a British chef and restaurateur of Italian and Irish heritage, known for her Italy-inspired cuisine and Michelin-starred restaurants. Angela Hartnett was awarded her first Michelin star at The Connaught in London in 2004 for the Menu restaurant.

In 2007, Angela opened her own restaurant, Murano which has since been awarded a Michelin Star and 4 AA rosettes. In January 2022, Angela was awarded an OBE for services to the hospitality industry.

A stalwart of Royal Ascot’s culinary landscape. Raymond Blanc will continue to oversee the fine dining experience at the prestigious Panoramic Restaurant located in the Royal Enclosure.

With breathtaking views of Ascot racecourse and the Berkshire landscapes, step into a world of gastronomic excellence with a carefully crafted four-course meal. Blanc is passionate about bringing a Michelin-starred experience to the racecourse setting.

A giant of gastronomy, Raymond Blanc is a self-taught, Michelin-starred French chef, restaurateur, and hotelier known for his influence on British cuisine and his commitment to sustainability. He is most famous for creating the two-Michelin-starred hotel and restaurant, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.

In 2025, Blanc celebrated 10 years of being a chef-in-residence at the Royal Meeting.

Returning for his 8th year, Simon Rogan will continue to define the modern British gastronomy in the Royal Enclosure. Celebrated for his hyper-seasonal British style of cooking, Simon Rogan will serve a special five-course lunch menu companied with season flair and spectacular views.

Guests joining us in the Parade Ring can enjoy one the most exclusive settings Ascot has to offer, with exquisite interiors, exemplary service and two balcony’s offering spectacular views of both the race track and parade ring.

A returning favourite to the Royal Meeting, Tom Shepherd, brings his Michelin-starred modern British menu to the striking orangery structure that is The Sandringham Restaurant.

Located in the Lavender Courtyard, our clients get to enjoy an elevated yet relaxed Royal Meeting with Shepherd presenting a dynamic four-course dining experience set within the Royal Enclosure Gardens.

Tom Shepherd is an award-winning chef and restaurateur, best known as the owner of his Lichfield restaurant, Upstairs by Tom Shepherd, which earned its first Michelin star just four months after opening.
